Claire has a strong interest in health and well-being. Following an extensive career as an evidence based practitioner in remedial massage therapy, she graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine in 2020.

Claire is particularly interested in the field of nutrition, including metabolic and digestive disorders, gut/brain axis and food security. Other areas of interest also include social determinants of health, community health, health promotion, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and evidence based complementary medicine.

In the School of Rural Medicine, Claire will be working with the Research Director to implement the research component of the MD, providing support to both supervisors and students.
