Dr Tauqeer Hussain is a clinical pharmacy academic, educator, and researcher whose work spans pharmacy practice, health services research, and health professions education. Recognised among the world's top 2% most cited scientists, he has established a strong international research profile focused on chronic disease management, infectious diseases, public health, vaccination hesitancy & uptake, and pharmacist-led interventions. His scholarly contributions include more than 190 peer-reviewed publications, 40 book chapters, and an authored academic book.

Dr Hussain has extensive experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students across diverse international settings. He is committed to student-centred learning and employs innovative educational approaches, including flipped classrooms, case-based learning, problem-based learning, and authentic assessment strategies to enhance clinical reasoning and professional competence.
