Kristy graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Oral Health, she was awarded the ADOHTA award for professionalism and a Deans awards for excellence. During her studies Kristy also received the Services for Rural and Remote Allied Health Scholarship (SARRAH). Kristy then worked full time in her role as an Oral Health Therapist in private practices in Wagga Wagga. Kristy was also employed part time as a clinical tutor at Charles Sturt University from 2014 to 2016, before being appointed a full time academic position in 2016. Kristy completed her Master of Health Promotion in 2017 completed a Graduate certificate in Learning and Teaching Higher Education in 2022.

Kristy is a member of ADOHTA

Kristy is currently the subject convenor for two subjects within the B. Oral Heath.  She has experience in teaching the first and second year clinical subjects as well as Community health across the second and third year. Kristy is particularly interest in promoting evidence based practice as well as minimal intervention dentistry.
