BOH Jasmine completed her Bachelor of Oral Health (Therapy and Hygiene) at Charles Sturt University in 2021. Throughout her academic journey, she was honored with several awards, including the Dean's List award, the Neil Pinto Orthodontist Award in both 2019 and 2021, the ADOHTA Award for Outstanding Professionalism, the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement, the Golden Scaler Award, and the GC Australasia Dental Prize for Excellence in the Use of Restorative Materials. Since her graduation, Jasmine has acquired valuable experience in both public and private general dental practices, as well as in specialised orthodontic clinics. In early 2023, she began a sessional tutoring position in the simulation clinic at CSU, which evolved into a full-time academic role in September 2024. Jasmine is an active member of both ADOHTA and DHAA. Jasmine has been tutoring in our simulation clinic and patient clinic since the beginning of 2023. Her role encompasses tutoring students from first, second and third years in both therapy and hygiene classes. Jasmine takes pleasure in every facet of her professional practice and consistently engages in continuing professional development activities. Looking ahead, she aims to conduct research within the pediatric dentistry sector. Additionally, Jasmine is enthusiastic about enhancing her teaching skills and is presently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher EducationDentistry
