BAppSc (Equine), BVetBiol/BVetSc(Hons), GCLTHE Following graduation from CSU in 2014, Michelle secured a position in private practice, working predominantly with companion animals returning to CSU in a casual capacity as a tutor supervising groups of students in both surgery and anaesthesia. Michelle continued to split her time between private practice and CSU where she took on an internship in Veterinary Anaesthesia at the Small Animal Referral Hospital, before joining CSU full time in mid 2015, becoming an integral part of the anaesthesia team as an associate lecturer before being appointed to the position of Lecturer in Veterinary Anaesthesia in 2017. Michelle was also involved in managing final year (phase 3) veterinary students through their transition to veterinary graduates, becoming Phase 3 Discipline Lead in 2019. In 2020 Michelle was appointed to her current position of Lecturer in Veterinary Practice in line with her interests in teaching and preparing veterinary students for the workplace.
