Vincy has 13 years of experience as a registered nurse in critical care areas. Vincy was awarded her Bachelor of Nursing from the MGR Medical University in 2007. She initially practised as an RN in a cardiothoracic ICU. She has then gained extensive clinical experience in both High Dependency Unit and Coronary Care Unit in a regional hospital, in NSW.

Vincy is highly passionate about teaching the next generation of nurses. She has mentored students and new staff in clinical settings. Vincy did her Graduate Diploma in Cardiovascular Nursing subsequently completing the Master of Clinical Nursing (Cardiovascular), from the University of Tasmania. She has also undertaken the Certificate IV in training and assessment from TAFE.

Vincy is currently teaching second year and third year nursing students. She is interested in teaching the fundamentals of nursing and critical care nursing.

Vincy is interested in research in cardiovascular nursing as well as the latest trends in nursing education.
