Joining CSU in 2024, Lisa is an early-career academic with a clinical background in rural emergency nursing and clinical education. Originally from Far Western NSW, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Nursing at CSU Bathurst.  Lisa undertook a new graduate year in QLD, then returned to the bush, dedicating many years of service to rural healthcare.  Holding post graduate certificates in Critical Care and Emergency, FLECC/ECAT certificates & Rural Generalist credentials, Lisa is passionate about supporting undergraduate students at CSU. Lisa has a keen interest in the early detection of clinical deterioration, equitable access to healthcare & rural nursing pathways.
