Felicity is an early-career academic with a clinical background primarily in neonatal nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Masters degree in Nursing, as well as postgraduate specialist qualifications in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing and Child and Family Health Nursing. Felicity has been fortunate to build her clinical practice through experience in both public and private hospitals in regional and metropolitan settings, as well as in paediatric primary health care.

Felicity's clinical experience also includes active involvement in quality improvement initiatives, with a particular passion for neonatal advocacy and improving the parent experience. Her research interests are emerging in neonatal and child health, with a focus on strengthening family-centred care practices and improving outcomes for infants and families in regional contexts. She brings her clinical expertise and enthusiasm for teaching to support and enrich student learning within the School of Nursing.

Felicity currently teaches into the Bachelor of Nursing undergraduate program.
