Research

Our research delivers meaningful community impact by addressing regional health challenges and improving wellbeing through evidence-based, collaborative solutions.

Current projects

FACILITATE project

Our researchers are evaluating the implementation of a pain management facilitator program in the Port Macquarie–Hastings region.

SPARK research group

SPARK (Sensory-motor Performance Assessment and Rehabilitative Knowledge) aims to foster collaboration across movement science, rehabilitation, and human performance disciplines.

ADHD Community Healing Project

This national research project investigates how ADHD is shaped by gendered expectations and wider social systems. We are a diverse group of academics, all with lived experience of ADHD, from across Australia.

The wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in

We pay our respect to all First Nations elders both past and present from the lands where Charles Sturt University students reside. In particular, we acknowledge the Wiradjuri, Ngunawal, Gundungurra and Birpai peoples of Australia, who are the traditional custodians of the land where Charles Sturt University campuses are located.
