As an accomplished and driven healthcare professional, Charlotte is dedicated to positively impacting patients and communities. Her journey began at CSU Albury, completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, where she gained invaluable clinical experience and received the prestigious SARRAH Undergraduate Scholarship. Now with vast experience across diverse clinical settings in both public and private settings, Charlotte thrives in dynamic teamwork environments and has led high-performing inter-professional teams.

She completed a Master of Clinical Medicine in Leadership and Management at the University of Newcastle, equipping her further to excel in senior health leadership roles. Her comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems has enabled her to drive strategic initiatives and foster patient-centred care.

Charlotte previously held the role of Change Manager with Collaborative Commissioning within Murrumbidgee Local Health District, assisting in accelerating value-based healthcare through innovative patient care initiatives with transformative practices for COPD and CHF patients.

She has now accepted the position of Lecturer in Physiotherapy with CSU and looks forward to participating in the education and research space.

Charlotte is a member of the The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
