Kim joined the occupational therapy team at Charles Sturt University in November 2013 after 8 years of clinical practice. She has worked in mental health roles in both community settings and inpatient settings and has provided services to adults with diverse occupational performance problems arising from mental health disorders. Her clinical experience also includes working in a community in South Africa for a year, working at a special needs school with children with diverse acquired and congenital conditions for one year and working in occupational rehabilitation managing both non-compensable and compensable mental health and physical files.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She currently resides in Albury-Wodonga and presently has a role in the the coordination of third year workplace learning and lectures in the Occupational Therapy course
