Tracey has a long association with Charles Sturt University, dating back to her undergraduate years in the early 2000s where she studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science/Bachelor of Business Studies. She has also completed an honours degree in Business marketing.

Currently, Tracey is lecturing part time, while also completing a PhD investigating the lived experiences of Indigenous women in Australian rules football and rugby league. Tracey has also worked with the Australian Sports Commission and Australian Institute of Sport to help identify and develop pre-elite athletes for five Olympic Sports.

Tracey’s primary teaching areas include:

  • Ethics in Sport
