Chris has a strong interest in ruminant health and production and is a member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists. He has worked in veterinary practice in Australia, the United Kingdom and Ireland and, immediately before joining Charles Sturt University, spent a year as registrar (ruminant medicine) in the Veterinary School of the University of Sydney.

Chris is passionate about training veterinary undergraduates for their future careers in veterinary science, and an active member of the Cattle Chapter - ACVSc. He is currently completing a Masters degree in Agribusiness through the University of Queensland.
