Molly Murphy grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2021. Follow graduation, she completed internships at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute and Texas A&M. She underwent surgical training at Kansas State University, meanwhile keeping ties to part-time work in small animal medicine and surgery.

Molly has strong ties to the harness racing community on the east coast of Canada and is looking forward to contributing to the horse community of Wagga.

Focused on clinical teaching including prior clinical and didactic teaching roles at Texas A&M and Kansas State University to later-year veterinary students

Current projects include clinical description of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks of the equine distal limb and comparison of hoof immobilization techniques in the coaptation of P3 fractures in the horse.
