Louise joined the Faculty of Science staff in 2014, lecturing in Agricultural Industry Practicum and has had a major role in the design and implementation of this subject. Louise also has extensive teaching experience in HR and strategic management topics.

Prior to CSU, Louise ran her own marketing company. Through her business she worked on a broad range of projects with regional businesses at all levels of government across NSW. Louise has extensive expertise in senior management roles with large Australian and multinational companies, as well as an array of general management experience. In addition, Louise is an active participant in the community through her involvement in business associations including being a Kurrajong board director and has been a mentor of Young Achievement Australia, a Riverina Regional Tourism board director and she continues to be an active supporter of local charities such as Country Hope.

Louise was the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor's 2015 Award for Teaching Excellence.
