Igor has conducted research in physical chemistry since 1976, as a research scientist at “R.Boskovic” Institute Zagreb, post-doc at King’s College London, research fellow at University of Birmingham (UK), associate professor at National University of Singapore and at CSU.

Igor has taught general and physical chemistry and published 26 articles in peer-reviewed chemical education journals. He has also supervised 5 MSc and PhD students
Igor has published 227 articles in peer-reviewed international journals in the area of physical chemistry, chemical physics and computational chemistry. He is currently working on endohedral fullerenes, energetic materials and fluorescent dyes.
