Rob has been a professional Paramedic for 26 years having worked and trained in Sydney, The Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie & Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

He joined NSW Ambulance as a Registered Nurse looking for something a little more dynamic and exciting in 1993.

Since then he has been involved in multiple clinical and management roles in varied settings throughout NSW including participation in the proof of concept trial of Extended Care Paramedic Practice in 2008.

In 2016 Rob moved to the United Arab Emirates to take up a full time Clinical Educators role. During his time there he also trained and completed certification & licensure to international Emergency Medical Technician Advanced level. As well as his teaching role with CSU Rob continues to practice as an ECP with ASNSW.

Rob commenced as a casual academic in 2013 with CSU in the Paramedic program at Port Macquarie which led to him taking a full-time position in 2016 as a Clinical Educator for National Ambulance in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

In February this year he returned to Australia and again has come on-board with CSU in the Paramedic program now full time.
