Taylor completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga campus in 2014. Since then, she has worked in critical care in both the private and public sectors. She is passionate about intensive care nursing and feels fortunate to have gained knowledge and skills in this specialised area.

Taylor is passionate about furthering her education through post graduate study and has recently completed a Master of Clinical Nursing (Critical Care) through the University of Tasmania. Taylor has spent time in ‘acting’ clinical educator roles both at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (ICU) and the Three Rivers Department of Rural Health at Charles Sturt University.

Taylor is a preceptor for undergraduate nursing students in her clinical area. Taylor is particularly passionate about best practice principles, the patient experience and management of the deteriorating patient.
