Aathira has been a registered nurse for the last 16 years and has experience working in India and Australia. She has experience working in medical & surgical nursing, Cardiac ICU, Palliative care, and Aged Care.

Aathira is a passionate aged care nurse and has completed her Master of Nursing degree (Advanced Practice) in older person nursing and is currently undertaking PhD in policy implementation in Residential Aged Care Facilities.

Ms Suvi has worked as Nurse educator, CCC, NUM and ADDON before joining Charles Sturt University as Lecturer in Nursing.
