Jodie is passionate about health as a human right and the structural and legal mechanisms that enable or create barriers to achieving health equity. She has worked in health policy as well as in Change Management and clinical redesign roles within NSW Health before moving into public health positions in the Asia Pacific. Her work in Kiribati in for the National TB Program was a particular career highlight and enabled her to continue to support projects in the Pacific region. Jodie currently teaches a range of health science and health management subjects and enjoys learning from her students and challenging them to think about how we can better provide accessible quality healthcare to all.
